1. Artisanal Single-Origin Releases

The Fourth Kind produces small-batch, seasonal specialty coffee micro-lots. Because our coffees are sourced from high-altitude micro-farms and roasted in precision micro-batches, quantities are strictly limited. We reserve the right to cap order volumes per customer during exclusive or seasonal drops.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on the store are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise catalog pricing, promotional offers, or shipping rates without prior notice, provided that changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Custom Grind Selection

We take pride in tailoring each order to your brewing ritual. Our custom grind options include:

• Whole Bean (Preserves peak aroma and longevity)
• Espresso (Fine grind calibrated for high-pressure extraction)
• Moka Pot (Fine-medium grind for stovetop pressure)
• Pour Over / Drip (Medium grind for V60, Chemex, and batch brewers)
• French Press (Coarse grind ensuring clarity and full body)
• Cold Brew (Extra coarse grind for extended immersion extraction)

Please double-check your grind type selection on the product page before checking out, as coffee ground to order cannot be exchanged once processed.

4. Payment Methods & Verification

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) throughout Pakistan as well as Direct Bank Transfer. For bank transfers, orders are dispatched once proof of transfer is verified by our accounts team.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand marks, visual packaging artwork, celestial imagery, copy, logos, and custom roast branding associated with The Fourth Kind are the proprietary intellectual property of The Fourth Kind. Any reproduction, mirroring, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Every can of The Fourth Kind coffee is freshly roasted, hermetically sealed, and handled with extreme care to ensure peak aromatics upon arrival.

1. Nationwide Delivery & Timeline

We partner with premier courier networks across Pakistan to ensure your beans reach you in pristine condition:

• Major Metropolitan Areas (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2 to 3 business days from roast date.
• Other Cities & Regional Hubs: 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
• Tracking: Upon dispatch, a live tracking link is transmitted via SMS or WhatsApp to monitor transit milestones.

2. Shipping Rates

Standard delivery rates are calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout based on destination and package weight. Complimentary shipping may be offered during select promotions as announced on our official channels.

3. Perishable Nature & Return Policy

Because roasted coffee beans are a delicate food product packaged fresh to order with specific grind selections, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened coffee canisters once received in satisfactory condition.

4. How to Request an Adjustment

To report an issue with your delivery:

• Take a clear photograph of the canister, package label, and any transit damage.
